Preheat oven to 350, and grease 2 loaf pans. I used two 1.5 quart pans.
In large bowl, mix by hand flour, oats, salt, cinnamon and baking powder. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix sugar, oil, eggs, yogurt, applesauce and vanilla. Then stir by hand into dry ingredients.
Once stirred evenly divide the batter into your two loaf pans and bake for 35-45 minutes.
Remove from oven and whisk together powdered sugar and applesauce for the glaze.
Once bread has cooled, remove from pans onto a cooling rack and spoon the glaze over the top. Allow glaze to set before slicing and enjoy!
