Introduction: How to Make Doughnuts
For my World History class I did a project on how to make doughnuts. The reason that I am doing this project is so that I can know how to bake foods, and how to use a oven correctly.
Step 1: Roll Into a Ball Shape
You will first need to gather all of your ingredients and put them together. You can use any ingredient that you want. I found an ingredient off of the internet and used that to help me make doughnut holes.
After you have put all of your ingredients together you will take a little bit of the dough and roll it into a ball. You do not want the ball to be a very big ball but big enough for a delicious first bite.
Step 2: Put Into Frying Pan
After you have rolled the balls then you want to put some oil into a frying pan. You will want that oil to heat up so that you can fry your doughnuts.
After your oil is hot then you will put your dough balls into the oil. It will take about 3 minutes and then after the 3 minutes are up then you can flip the doughnuts.
Step 3: Flipping the Doughnut Holes
There is a certain point when you want to flip your doughnut holes. That point is when the doughnuts start to turn a golden brown on top. The top will heat up and start to change the color of your doughnut. When it does this you have to turn the doughnut over so that the top side and get fried.
After you have flipped you doughnuts then you will need to put the doughnut holes into sugar or any other powder that you want to use.
Step 4: Putting Powder on the Doughnut Holes
When you first take the doughnut holes out of the frying pan they will be very hot so be careful. You will want to wait a couple minutes for the doughnuts to cool down.
When the doughnuts have cooled down then you can start to turn them over in the powder. The powdered that I used is cinnamon and sugar powder. This is a great coating on the doughnut holes, because it makes then taste so good.
Step 5: Final Product
After you have finished coating your doughnuts, then you can put them on a plate. The doughnut holes are ready to eat.
We have a be nice policy.
