Introduction: How to Make Firework Hemispheres

In this video I show how to make 5" hemi's using a softball as a former. The wheat paste used can be made via the process shown in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=09h2q9...

Recent News: A set of DVDs is now available from the YouTube user displayfireworks1 that goes through the process of obtaining a Type 54 ATF license (The license required to purchase 1.3 commercial fireworks). Not only does the license allow you to buy commercial fireworks, but it is also the same license required to allow you to transport fireworks you have built yourself. I highly recommend you take a look. More information on these DVDs along with how to order them can be found here:

I've got big plans for this year. Be sure to stay tuned.

ok just a few questions here: 1. how did you make the wheat paste 2. i have heard that shells made with weat paste will "spoil" quickly. if this is true, what would be an alternative method 3. i saw that you used craft paper. how thick is it in comparison to printer paper, and will any other kinds of paper work? 4. I also saw that you only added 3 layers. is this all that you showed in the video or are there more layers. thanks for your help.
