Introduction: How to Make Grilled Steak With Chimichurri

Ingredients needed for Chimichurri sauce

1/2 cup of cilantro

1/2 cup of parsley

1/3 cup of green onion

2-3 Fresno peppers

2-3 cloves of garlic

salt n pepper to taste

olive oil to taste

1 lime

a splash of vinegar

and of course the star of the show Flank steak (fajita)

Step 1: Prep All Your Herbs and Spices

So to start we need to make the sauce which is going to marinate our steak so go ahead and finely chop your parsley, green onion, cilantro and your red fresno peppers. With your garlic your going to want to mince it

Step 2: Add Your Condiments and Mix

Once all your herbs are chopped up nice transfer everything into a bowl. Add your salt n pepper remember its all up to you how much you out in then add a splash of vinegar and top it off with some nice olive oil and mix. Once everything is mixed let sit for at least 30 mins so all the flavors can marry.

Step 3: Marinate Your Beef

Once you let the sauce sit for at least 30 mins Marinate your flank steak with the chimichurri for at least 1 hr the longer the better.

Step 4: Grill & Plate

Preheat your grill and throw on your beautifully marinated steak on that sucker and let it go no it all depends on how well you like your steak that will decide how long you will keep it on the flames. Now i like mine just almost well done so ill cook each side for about 5-7 mins once it's done cut up the steak Garnish steak with more sauce and ENJOY!!
