Marble Cupcakes are ultimate sweet treat for any occasion. These small cakes are combination of vanilla and chocolate cakes.Sometimes you may be confused to choose any one. Vanilla or chocolate! So for then just make two types of batter and swirl them up. You are done with damn beautiful marble cupcakes.If you want to make extra delicious top with your favorite icing.

Ingredients:

  • 210g all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 115g butter at room temparature
  • 200g granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 60g yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk, divided
  • Few drops of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup (21g) unsweetened cocoa powder

MILK CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

  • 100gm icing sugar
  • 60 gm butter, softened to room temperature
  • 2 Tablespoon (30ml) heavy cream
  • 20g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp melted chocolate

VANILLA FROSTING:

  • 60 gm butter, softened to room temperature
  • 100gm icing sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon (30ml) heavy cream
  • Few drops of vanilla extract
  • salt to taste
