-Straw(s) -pliers -Pointy stick has to fit inside straw -Cotton rounds -lighter or match
Cut the straw with scissors about an inch apart
Take and one inch straw you cut and hold it with the Pliers about 0.5 mm from the end.
Now light the lighter or matches and fuse the straw shut
Now stuff the straw with as much cotton as you can fit but leave some room in the straw to seal it later
Final Step: Hold the straw again about 0.5 mm from end and seal it up
When you want to use it just cut it and light it Spread the cotton it light it easier Your Done!! Have fun and be safe!!
