Introduction: How to Make Money Taking Paid Surveys
A lot of people don't believe that you can get paid to take surveys. Well, I am here to tell you that you can. I have been getting paid to take surveys since 2008 and find that it is a great way to earn extra cash in my spare time.
When I actually persuade people that it is a legitimate opportunity by showing them payment proofs like the one shown, I often get asked "How can I get started?"
In this step by step guide, I will answer this question. Hopefully you guys can follow these same steps to earn yourself some free cash.
Step 1: Create a New Email Account
All of your survey related emails should be sent to an email account dedicated specifically for surveys. This helps with organization and also prevents survey invites from getting mixed up with personal/business emails in your main account. I’d recommend that you use GMail which is free.
Step 2: Sign Up for a PayPal Account
If you don’t already have a PayPal account, go ahead and sign up for a free PayPal account. Some of the top survey panels reward panelists via PayPal so it is a good idea to have one.
Step 3: Download Roboform
Roboform is a free auto-fill tool that will help speed up the process of registering to survey panels. Download Roboform, fill out your Roboform profile, and save your information. Now, you will be able to fill out basic information with one click of the mouse.
Step 4: Sign Up to Legitimate Survey Panels
This is the step that most people struggle with when they decide that they want to try to give this opportunity a try. And it's mainly because there are so many scams, deceptive ads, and websites giving out misleading information about paid surveys. If you are not careful and you decide not to do research, you could easily get scammed out of your time, and worse, your money. If you do your homework and stick with survey sites that offer 100% FREE registration, you will avoid most, it not all, survey scams.
It's a time-consuming task, which is one of the reasons why some sites actually succeed at ripping people off. Some people who want to get paid to take surveys want to quickly start making money and so they wouldn't mind paying a fee to get a list of companies that pay people to take surveys and guides on getting started. But this information can be found on the web at no cost.
I'm giving you a free tutorial now on how to get started and I am even going to give you access to my free survey directory which lists legitimate survey panels that pay cash. Each survey panel in the directory is 100% free to join and they DO pay. I've researched every single one of them and have been paid by most so I know that they are indeed legit. No scams, no gimmicks, no hype. Just reputable free survey sites that will pay you cash for taking surveys. You access the list here: 100% Free Paid Survey Panels (For US residents, Canadian residents, UK residents, Australian residents, and teens.)
Step 5: Confirm Any and All Confirmation Emails
After signing up to a survey panel, you will likely get an email asking to confirm your registration. This step has to be done in order for the survey panel to send you survey invitations.
Step 6: Fill Out Profile Surveys
Filling out your profile surveys helps you get more survey invitations. Before you start taking surveys, it is important to go ahead and fill out all profile surveys. This shouldn’t take much of your time since these surveys are usually short.
Step 7: Get Familiar With Each Survey Site
It’s a good idea to learn how each panel works. Take a minute to check out the FAQs and Terms and Conditions so that you know the important stuff such as how you get paid, minimum payout amount, when you get paid, and so on.
Step 8: Complete Surveys
At this point, you can start taking surveys to earn yourself some money. It is important to note that you may not get many invites from some survey panels right after joining. It may take 1-2 days or longer before you get your first invite. When you do get these initial survey invitations, try to qualify for them and complete them if you qualify. If the survey panel sees that you are willing to participate, they will send you more surveys to take.
