Step 1: Gather Materials
Step 2: Crush Peppermints
In a large Ziploc bag, add peppermints and crush them into small chunks and set aside for later
Step 3: Melt First Layer of Chocolate
In a large bowl, combine 12 oz. of chocolate chips and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil (I used coconut oil) and melt in the microwave.
Step 4: Cover Cookie Pan With Parchment Paper
Step 5: Spread the Chocolate
Pour the melted chocolate on the cookie pan and spread it across the length of the pan. Place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to harden.
Step 6: Melt Second Layer of Chocolate
After you take the pan out of the fridge, in a large bowl combine 12 oz. of white chocolate with 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil and melt in the microwave. When melted add 1/2 tsp. of peppermint extract of mix well.
Step 7: Pour Second Layer
Pour the white chocolate over the first layer of chocolate and spread the length of the pan. Sprinkle the crushed peppermints on top of the white chocolate and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to harden.
Step 8: Break Into Large Chunks and Serve
When you remove the pan out of the fridge and hardened, break apart the chocolate into large chunks and serve.
