Introduction: How to Make Pico De Gallo
-4 ripe large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
-1/2 cup cilantro, waashed and chopped
-2 garlic cloves
-1 small red onion
-1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
-hot sauce (optional)
-2 to 3 peppers
Step 1: Cut the Vegtables
Cut the tomatoes, onions, cilanto, and garlic into small pieces.
Step 2: Start Mixing
Mix the tomatoes, onions, garlic, and cilantro with the lime juice.
Step 3: Add Sauce (optional)
Add a few drops from your favorite bottle of hot sauce.
Step 4: Add Jalapeños
Add original fresh jalapeños, Serranos, Anaheim, or others can be used.
Step 5: Add Salt
Step 6: Stir the Ingrediants
Then wrap the container with plastic wrap or add a lid and set it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to mix.
