How to Make Quick and Easy Egg Drop Soup

This is a simple recipe for making Chinese egg drop soup. Here's the story of how I first learned to make it: One day after school I yelled across the room "Mom, I'm hungry!!!" then she told me to make something then. She told me what to do and I was able to come up with this.

Step 1: Ingredients and Supplies

Optional: Salt and pepper, scallions

Step 2: Let's Get Cooking! Step 1

First, put your chicken broth inside of the pot. Then set your stovetop to high heat and put the pot on. Using a fork, in the bowl beat the egg, this is when you add the salt, pepper, and scallions.

Step 3: Step 2

When the broth is boiling, pour the egg in a thin line going around the whole pot. if you pour it all in at once you'll have a big clump of egg Just wait 2 seconds for the egg to cook and you're done!!!
