What you'll need:

12 count cupcake tin

12 cupcake liners

3 c. graham cracker crumbs

12 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted

1/2 c. granulated sugar

devil's food cake mix

1 c. chocolate chips

1/2 c. heavy cream

12 marshmallows

Step 1: Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees.

Step 2: Line Tray

Line your 12 slot cupcake tin with paper cupcake liners.

Step 3: Graham Cracker Base

Combine in a small bowl:

3 cups of crushed graham cracker

1/2 cup of sugar

12 tbsp of melted, unsalted butter

Press about 1 tbsp of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of each paper liner, creating mini crusts.

Step 4: Cake Layer

Prepare Devil's Food Cake mix according to the box instructions, and divide the batter between the liners.

Bake for about 15 minutes.

Step 5: Chocolate Ganache

While cake bakes, place 1 cup chocolate chips in a medium heatproof bowl and set aside.

Heat 1/2 cup heavy cream in a saucepan

When cream just begins to bubble, turn off heat.

Pour cream over chocolate chips, whisk until smooth.

Step 6: Marshmallow Top

When cake is almost done baking, take them out and put one spoonful of ganache on each. Then top with one marshmallow.

Return tray to oven and watch carefully.

Remove when marshmallows are golden brown.

Let cool and they're ready to eat!
