Introduction: How to Make Sourdough Bread Crumbs
Today I am going to show you how to make homemade bread crumbs.

Step 1: Toasting
First of all you need to toast the sourdough bread.
I used 10 slices of bread, but you can do more or less if you wish.
Use a toaster to cook your sourdough bread until it becomes golden brown and crispy!
Step 2: Blending
Use a food processor to blend up 2-3 bits of bread at a time until there are only small chunks left.
Step 3: Crisping Up
If your bread crumbs are still a bit soft, put them in a 180 degrees C oven for 5 or so minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Now every few minutes take them out and give them a quick stir around so they crisp up evenly. Repeat this process until you are happy with your own sourdough bread crumbs.
Step 4: Cooling
Once your bread crumbs are nice and crisp let them cool down completely. Next give them another blend up so they become fine bread crumbs.

Keep them in an air tight container and use when needed.
