Hello! In this video learn to make my うどん stir-fried udon noodle recipe with pork and shallot sauce recipe. Easy and delicious and very quick to make. Good for any occassion and great for impressing friends and showing off your cooking skills.
Prep time: 8 minutes Cooking time: 8 minutes
1 packaged udon 1/2 cup green onions cut into 2" pieces 1/2" cup sliced white onion 1-2 tbs oyster sauce splash of cooking wine salt cooking oil
Heat pan with oil and add in meat. Sprinkle with salt. Then add white onions, stir a bit until onions are slightly golden and translucent. Add udon. Add oyster sauce and shallot sauce to taste. Add green onions last and stir for 1-2 minutes. Voila! Yum yum gobble gobble!
