Step 3 Making the hat

1. Take the red felt and fold it in half so you have two equal pieces.

2. Draw out a chicken comb by putting your hand on the felt and spreading your fingers out, but keeping your middle and ring finger together, there should be three humps for the comb.

3. Stitch around the comb leaving the bottom open.

4. Turn it inside out and stuff with fiber fill. Stitch the bottom closed.

5. Sew or hot glue to the center of the top of the hat.
