Computer Shutdown Hack/Mod (useful for pranks at school, work, friends, ect.)

Step 2 Making the Shutdown Command

This is the hardest step of the entire process. (Note how easy it is) In the box where it says "Type the location of the item:" (may vary depending on computer, but it's the same idea) type this:
Shutdown -s -f -t (the number here must be 2 digits, and will establish the countdown time before the computer shuts down) -c "(What you type in here is the message that will come up during the countdown before the computer shuts down)"

For example what I typed in the picture:
Shutdown -s -f -t 10 -c "You got pwnd"

im on a guest account on a computer at a library and i cant even make a shortcut on the desktop cause it's disabled.... sucks cause i really wanted to do this (and shut down other computers on the LAN using cmd)

Try logging on to the school comp with this Username: Stafftemp Password: Stafftemp (that says staff temp w/no spaces)

There are more commands: -i Display GUI interface, must be the first option -l Log off (cannot be used with -m option) -s Shutdown the computer -r Shutdown and restart the computer -a Abort a system shutdown -m \\computername Remote computer to shutdown/restart/abort -t xx Set timeout for shutdown to xx seconds (positive integer less than 300000000. Aprox. 3472 days) -c "comment" Shutdown comment (maximum of 127 characters) -f Forces running applications to close without warning -d [u][p]:xx:yy The reason code for the shutdown u is the user code p is a planned shutdown code xx is the major reason code (positive integer less than 256) yy is the minor reason code (positive integer less than 65536)
