The following are instructions on how to make a delicious and healthy hummus wrap.
Step 1: Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla
Hummus (any flavor you desire)
Tomato- chopped into small pieces
Romaine lettuce or baby spinach
Black beans- drained
Cucumber- chopped into small pieces
No fat cottage cheese
Lay tortilla flat on a plate or paper towel. Spread hummus thickly on tortilla covering all but the edges.
The rest of the toppings will be laid vertically down the middle of the tortilla. First, lay the lettuce/spinach and black beans.
Next, add chopped tomatoes and cucumbers
Top off with cottage cheese. Season to taste with garlic salt and pepper.
Roll into a “burrito” shape and enjoy!
