1- Make the whole in the blade bigger using the file or drill.
2- Test it if it fits in the plastic holder.
3- Using the polishing stone sharpen the other end of the blade.
4- Then sand the paint with sanding paper.
5- Put the blade in the plastic piece then insert it in the cutter case.

<p>This is an awesome cutter hack. It will be better if we use cutter with stainless steel inside because your double sided blade will cut itself (the cutter's plastic case) when being in use.</p>
