I didn't take pictures of how I made some of the small parts of the costume - the collar, sleeves, and black dangling fabric on the front and back.  For those, I mostly drew the shape on two pieces of fabric, sewed them together, then turned them inside out and ironed it flat so the seams don't show.  I made the beads on the black fabric with beads from a necklace and painted it silver with silver nail polish because I was out of spray paint.  For the puffy sleeves, I made a sort of cylinder of fabric and used elastic to keep it on my arms.
