Step 1: How to Perform a Goblet Squat

1. Warm-up muscles before starting

2. Stand with feet shoulder width apart

Step 2:

1. Roll shoulders back and down

2. Extend your arms out like placing your arms on someone’s shoulder to dance

3. Inhale and unlock hips and bring them back up

4. While butt is sticking out, make sure your chest and shoulders stay straight

Step 3:

1. Remember to go deep, allow your hips to sink below your knees

2. Engage your core

3. Drive through your heels

4. Explode back up
