While throwing this the inside of your hand will be facing your target. If you are right handed the disc will curve from right to left and if you are left handed it will curve from left to right

actually, the fade directions are opposite of what they are for a backhand throw, in this sidearm(forehand) throw, if you are right handed it will fade left to right and left handed fade right to left. It's caused by the spin of the disc being the opposing direction as compared to the backhand.
