Step-by-Step:
1. Apply Eye Shadow: Dark colors minimize a large eye. Start with black shaodw on the outer corners of the lid. Then use the darkest shade in the CoverGirl Eye Enhancers 4 Kit over the black and across lid. Bring the color down around lower lash line to close off the eye and play it down. Stay away from shimmer, but you can use a touch of highlighter in the corner of the eye.
Step 2. Apply Liner: To minimize large eyes, apply liner inside the water line of your eyes.
Step 3. Apply Mascara: Finally, always use mascara. If your lashes are long on the bottom, only apply to the top lash line.
