1 cup salt
5 onions, cut in half
1/2 kilo lemon grass
3 cups evaporated milk
1 cup oil for basting
Rub salt inside and outside the whole young pork/pig. Fill the inside with onions and lemon grass. Fill a food container with evaporated milk and marinate the pork/pig for about 2 hours.
