For this instruction, you will need a computer, tablet or any device that you use to send emails and the Internet.

Step 3: Step. 3. Choose a Web Browser.

Step 4: Step 4. Choose Your Email Provider (Yahoo, Gmail or Your Business Email).

Step 5: Step 5. Go to New or Compose to Start Your New Email.

Step 6: Step 6. Use the Correct Email Address to Use. Meaning Make Sure You Include All Parties Needed for This Email.

Step 7: Step 7. Begin the Email. Key Note: DO NOT Type an Email Like You Text. Be Professional at All Times.

Step 8: Step 8. Once You Are Done, Proofread or Spell Check Your Work. Always Make Sure It Is Professional and Precise.

Step 9: Step 9. Double Check You Have All the Parties You Want to Send It to Before Sending.

Step 10: Step 10. Send With Confidence.
