Be on the lookout for new members. Adding new members will diversify your team. More members means more exposure and publicity for your team. If your team is good enough, you may be able to get your team sponsored by businesses, which will enable to participate in more competitions.

I don't see anything in here which isn't in <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.ehow.com/how_4461218_start-skateboarding-team.html">the ehow article</a> or general images collected off the internet.<br/>
this is a really good idea since in my school most guys skateboard!!
