Open Programs and features, open "installed updates" , uninstall the stupid Microsoft's serial hacking thing named "KB971033" and just download the program from this link "http://hotfile.com/dl/103196874/4437adf/ChewWGA.zip.html", save that file, unzip, open that program and apply.
