Learn how to defend yourself against bullies or punks, when they knock you on the ground, or pin you up against your locker, and continue to throw punches at you. Learn how to fist fight and win!
i used to get bullied until i started fighting back but you have to be careful and make sure that you are fighting because you have absolutely no other choice and think about what can happen to you if you win people will not might will come after you and these people will be looking for blood and god help you if they find it also never fight for approval from other people because bad stuff will happen i mean it
Daltondude sorry but you need to smell the flowers bro really!!They will keep on untill they want to no tears and blood is gona stop them.pepperspray is handy!Ive personally seen a guy that messed with everybody and he got sprayed! But after spray were washed out he started again looking for trouble. The spray is if you have it of course a good thing to make "space" for you to run.
im 12 and im not that much of a fighter, i like the idea of pepper spray, and i know how to make some (not as good, but still good enough to hurt them bad). all you do is take a spray bottle, a 5-8 pinches of cayenne powder, shake well, and done!
To be totally honest.. The really small, thin weak people, can be the best of fighters. I am average height, 13 years old, and i work out. Im going to start going to taekwondo lessons because im getting bullied. Everyone knows im a great fighter, but when someone gets ganged up on, their fighting skills become useless.
What people need the most, is to choose the right friends, which is what im doing right now. My 2nd best friend just randomly decided out of the blue that he hated me.. My girlfriend left me and i nearly got jumped by 15+ people
Whether people have the 'buff' or not, doesent make them 'hard' or 'a good fighter' (Both mean the same as eachother) Its all about how scared you are. If your really scared, you just fail. But when your a little scared, your senses kick in, you begin to react quicker, and attack faster. What i find helps, is if your a rage (If you just go nuts when someone annoys you) Rage, combined with Fear, makes you a great fighter, and makes you do a lot of damage, and dodge a lot of punches, kicks, ect.
Indeed i suck at fighting but i can beat everyone i know in my class if they seriously piss me off. but i'm kind of slow so i cool of before that happens (mostly)
I'm a vegetarian, I'm 11, and I weigh 75 pounds. You would think I'm a easy target? I won a fight against three random kids, one with a blade. They were all about thirteen.
The idea is concentration. I tried tae kwon do myself for a couple years (2 1/2 to be exact) and when it comes down to it, there's some good self defense, but on it's own, I can't really say it's great self defense. The whole key is concentration. When you see great fighters fight, they aren't lookin at how big the guy is, just at what he's leaving open and how to exploit it. Sounds cheap, but all's fair when you're outnumbered.
Orange belt in tae kwon do doesn't exist, I did it for 4 years, graded to green in the first two and was failed by the grader as he asked me the questions for blue belt not blue tag. In the end all they teach you is patterns and movements, in a fight, none of these are useful all you need is to keep your calm and know weak spots.
Go for pressure points, jaw, snap their elbow out straight and punch it, yeah it can break it but if done gently it will just stop them from being able to punch back also dodge as many as you can, blocking wastes energy. :P I'm known in my school for 'one shot victories' :P even though i'm not the most athletic and haven't done any training for 3 years, plus, I'm 15 :D
Another tip you could use is to punch the bicep, it causes blood to travel to that part of the body and thus making it swell and slower so the punches from that arm will be slower and not as hard.
easy way to win a fight, when you get the chance, lunge at the person and bite thier neck, not only does this completely confuse them, but also will probably kill them outright, if not the bleeding should.
im 13 and really suck at fighting. but you'll never get in a serious fight if you just put up a big mouth (works for me) and if you are getting bullied get in a fight one time and win and they'll propably leave you alone.
Ive met alot of guys that put up a big mouth, in all the people ive ever fought, its usually the quiet ones that can give you a good fight. theres a guy in my school who is crap at fighting. and isnt hard at all. he saw me and instantly took a dislike to me. he walked round with his "boyz" taunting me. and whhen he took things way to far. (he called my grandma who's dead). he learnt having a big mouth didnt help him stop getting his jaw broke. having 5 stitches on the right side of his face. having a broken nose a 2 black eyes. a swolen face and 4 cracked ribs.
well i dont mean big mouth as in that (saying such things is against my principles) i just mean hey cant walk over you as they please. and all the guys i know that act like that are as strong as a toothpick so thats never been a problem for me.
I would say that the more wound-up you are the more likely are are to win. For example, if a person keeps picking on you, you will be getting more annoyed thus aggressive ,and they won't be as much, so that should giv u an edge. I have one-punched someone before, if you can get one solid punch right in the nose on someone, they're are going to feel alot of pain, and it may completely take them out.
and keep a cool head i was smart one day when i was in a head lock i leaned my weght throw the kid off balance and rapid blows to the kidneys but we were sparing thats what we do at school spar between frends so no one is brutaly mauled though it is completly awsome when it happens
at the begining when he is on the ground and the guy is kicking him. While he is jumping in the air between kicks can you just roll into his leg and knock him over and then stand up and get the upper hand ?
As a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner, I have to say that I think some of these techniques are a little irresponsible. First of all, if you fall from a hit, you don't wait to rotate on your hips to get your feet between your attacker and your face until they start kicking you. You hit the ground and you spin to get your feet toward them. If they move in, you either kick at the knee or you get up and go for a takedown, as you showed. However, your takedown has way too many motions in it for a life-and-death situation. If you have the leg trapped and up and you are on the outside, don't bother stepping back in between the legs to sweep the guy down. Say you have the left leg, as shown; put your right ear to the belly button of the guy, always looking parallel to the floor, and just use your ear to push him down to the floor. This will keep you from being tied up in the person's legs on the takedown and put you in side control. You should also never be on one foot when you're in a fight. It compromises your balance. It's smarter, when being pushed to the wall, to spin the opponent as shown. Trying to push off superman style will get you killed when they simply change the direction the push and dump you on your side. If you are being attacked, I'd go with some other commenter's opinions and go for knees and kicks to the groin when necessary. When pinned on a wall, the Thai-style clinch was a good tip, but you should always try to put your attacker at the greatest possible disadvantage. Instead of getting the clinch and delivering a headbutt or knees immediately, instead do the spin move to get your attacker with his back to the wall first. Also, drill the single-leg takedown as described above as well as the double-leg and use it when pinned on a wall as it would put an attacker on the floor and, therefore, at the greatest disadvantage. A simple way to get it when your back is on the wall is to slap the attacker's hands that are pinning you upward while dropping low to drive for the takedown. Keep up the good work guys! Maybe I'll do a self-defense series on here.
I do wrestling and I have been working out since I was ten years old. Im a big guy but people know me and know my fighting skills. (Witch are really good) Just keep your head up if your jumped by a lot of people, just go down to the grown and protect your head. It's not worth fighting 5-20 people at a time your not going to get any where's accept the hospital. If you do try to fight your way through them, your just gonna loose your energy and end up in getting a head injury or something. But 1 on 1 take the guys legs first so you got him for a head bash or choke hold.
all you need to do is fight back. thinking about it is probably the worst thing i could do. the funny thing is everybody, and i mean even the extremely thin, weak people have the ability fight well, you only need to know your strengths. Reach is my personal favorite, but a devastating slam to the midsection will knock the wind out of anybody.
if you are knocked down keep your feet between your assailant and you. If he tries to move in, kick him in the crotch. Keep your eyes on him when you get back up or he may get behind you and strangle you with a choke hold. If I am being choked , i turn my head to prevent him knocking me out. Then I grab the thumb of the hand that has the head lock and force the hand with his thumb. If he resists I will hear an ugly snapping noise as his wrist breaks. If he lets me go, I may run.
in my experience with bullies, nothing works better than shouting nonsense, and nutshots, rupture a testicle, and they'll never mess with you again, rofl, i've never actually done that though...
come after you and these people will be looking for blood and god help you if they find it also never fight for approval from other people because bad stuff will happen i mean it
