I've never been more fond of a knot in my whole life, and I hope you'll feel the same!

Step 1: Make a Loop With Your Rope.

Step 2: Pass Loop Under Standing End.

Step 3: Fold Each Loop Over the Center.

Step 4: Drag Center Loop Over the Top of the Side Loops.

Step 5: Pull New Center Loops Through the Side Loops.

Step 6: Admire Your Spanish Bowline!

Can you tell us a bit more about where it is used and what makes it so great for that aplication?
