For melting chocolate

Step 1: Get the Double Boiler Out

Step 2: Fill the Bottom Pot Full of Water

Step 3: Turn on the Stove and Let the Water Boil

Step 4: Add Chocolate or Other Substance to Other Pot

Step 5: Place the Pot on Top of the Bottom Pot and Begin Stirring

Step 6: Mix Until It Melts, Make Sure to Not Let It Stick to the Bottom

Step 7: When It Finally Melts Remove It From the Pot and Clean the Pots and Stow Them Away

<p>I do so often. For choux pastry is very comfortable and well.</p>
<p>It is actually a really versatile tool. You can make chocolate, cheese dip, or you can use it as a generic warmer to keep dinner warm without further cooking it. </p>
