How to beat up a bully

Step 2Confidence and Physical shape

Confidence and Physical shape
Now when managing a bully the first thing you will need
is confidence, theres no use wanting to get someone and turning it over in your
head many times than not going through cos they intimidate you, well that is WACK!
And when i was first being bullied i was interested in martial arts
and that worked cos i found Tae-Kwon-Do and it helped me mentaly and physically.

Now i am not saying go and start a martial art it may not be your thing but it
worked for me. Which leads me to my next point, phyisical shape.

Well it seems a lot of people inadvertently overestimate themselves just imagining
a great punch to someplace like the nose or stomach, But it doesn't work that way
people block and dodge.
But saying this you don't have to be in great shape just reasonable.

I do sit ups, pushups and starjumps before bed and do more each time.
Through my routine i have earned myself a 6-pack as well but thats another i'ble

if you want to fight, you need fear. fear improves your eyesight, fear pumps adrenalin in your blood, it expands your lungs, it makes you, well, ready for a fight. so you need fear, but you have to control it, or you will get hurt. you should mention this too.

Um, what you're describing sounds more like courage than fear! Fear will push you, sure, but it will blind you. Courage will do what you describe AND give you clarity about what you're doing in the moment.

no no no, it is like this: fear makes your body pump adrenalin into your blood. then, you can choose to fight, or get away. but fear can stagger you, (or even knock your out, in some cases)...courage is something totally else, someone who is courageous will do things that are dangerous (and invoke fear), most times to get the adrenalin feeling.

He telleth the truth. I did Kojosho (an Okinawan karate variant) for over 3 years, and reached the rank of 2nd ki brown belt. Fear is your friend, you just need to know how to harness it. Let it get your adrenaline pumping, let it drain the blood out of unimportant areas in your body. Then (with your awe inspiring control of emotion) turn that fear into power. dig?

I saw a 4" tall guy jump a 6" tall fence when he saw a cow charging at him. When the cow hit the fence it broke 2 out of 3 hinges off the gate, and knocked the cow out.

yeah, adrenalin....it's amazing! but, i think it's a bull. cows usually don't knock fences down, at least not where i live... (thinking about an enormous amount of agressive cows runnin' over my backyard)

Nope, it was one cow with a calf, the dude got too close without realising it, the cow charged, my dad shouts "Murray!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" & without evening turning his head the dude just RAN. He was alright but the cow was knocked out for 5 minutes.

well kinda right, adrenaline does these things and yes fear stimulates the release of adrenaline but so do a lot of other things e.g. excitement. plus fear and shock often induces the 'fight or flight' response so theres a possibility of running away when scared. excercise is thought to release adrenaline and so does love but if you love your bully then something else is wrong! most bully problems ive encountered, after talking failed, were delt with in a simple knee to the balls fashion.

After Talking failed i solve it by runnning my knuckles down there ribs, They always fall to the ground, always
Feb 16, 2009. 7:54 AMnecropolian says:
oohh...never, EVER punch with your knuckles! only a little wrong/ too fast punch breaks your knuckles and then your wrist. an i'll bet you that hurts. punch with your handpalm. the shockwave will continue through your lower armbone. and that bone is strong enough, so it won't break.

but the chance of 'reflected' damage is much more if you punch knuckle-style than if you punch palm-style. why do you think the SAS learn to do it with their palms?

Mar 9, 2009. 11:29 PMnecropolian says:
what i'm just trying to say is that punching with your knuckles (a fist) is more dangerous than with your palm. the 'palm style' punch goes like this: place your hand on a 90° angle of your arm, with your fingers pointing outwards. then 'punch' with the lower part of your hand. the shock from the impact is distributed all the way through your lower arm. again, most armies use this, they don't take the risk of hurting themselves while 'on duty'.
Mar 11, 2009. 9:55 PMcanis_lupus says:
I'd also say favoring your palm is largely because of the damage the striker will sustain to their knuckles, if after the fight you have to pick up a weapon and continue combat, you cant have your hands in immense pain. However, in a 1 on 1 fight, nothing beats a good knuckle punch to the face, if you can lacerate anywhere above or around the eyes, your practically golden.

hmmmm, that's right... don't forget rule nr 1 for fights: don't get into one.
Feb 16, 2009. 11:21 AMSteamdnt says:
not a punch, just rapp your knucles against their ribcage, it hurts like a &*$&
