Spam under most cases is considered abuse of electronic messaging systems or also defined on the Merriam-Webster dictionary as unsolicited usually commercial email sent to a large number of addresses. This cannot be spam since the link is posted once. Soliciting i usually defined a trying to sell something on another person's property. Yet I have nothing to sell to you let alone be on your property. Technically speaking, this is not spam or any form of solicitation.
