Keep in mind to START becoming rich, you need to save, NOT to think like a millionaire.
Unless you are over 18, then you could start a business, do whatever you want.
An allowance is a good idea, ask your parents for one, 10$ a week is a good place to start.
However to get an allowance, you need to do your chores, and clean the house completely for a slight bonus. If your parents offer you 10 cents per task, they are being money-hogs. Tell then that you need the money for something important like a camera, or a gift for a friend or relative, NOT a video game or a skateboard that simply looks cool.
Keep this money until you need it. (See Step 5)
