Make sure that your teeth are dirty
What do you need? A toothbrush, toothpaste(different tastes: strawberry, apple, refreshing,..) a towel, a cup of water and a sink.
Take your toothbrush
Do your favorite toothpaste on the toothbrush
Make it wet..
Start brushing, going from left to right
Up and down..
Do not go too slow
It does not hurt
Brush all your teeth very nicely
Do this 3 to 5 minutes
Remove the toothpaste in the sink
look at the toothpaste, if it's dirty then you have cleaned well !!
Make your mouth clean with some water
If everything went well.. This is the result! A beautiful smile : )
