This instructable is dedicated to those who want a snowboard wall rack without putting holes in the wall, want to spend little cash and have a hard time building things!
Hope you find this useful
- Measuring tape
- 3m 5lb adhesive hooks
- Rubbing alcohol
Step 1: Snowboards
The average snowboard weighs about 6lbs. Seeing as we want a nice ration between the hooks weight and the snowboard weight, strip your board. If you cant remember your angles write them down for next season.
Step 2: Gather Supplies
It is important that you get the large hooks that hold up to 5lbs.
Step 3: Measuring
It is important that you place the hooks at the ends of the board at an angle as shown in the picture or your board will fall off the wall. The hook in the middle is used just to give you a better weight ratio.
Step 4: Board on Wall
And you are done!
To put all 3 boards on my wall it cost about $36 which is less then the hard wear you can buy on line for snowboards and you do not have to put holes in your wall!
