Allow me to help you :D The chip isn't going to be called a motor driver when you go to order it it's going to be called (L293D) or (L293D Integrated Circuit) and if you still can't find it click here. Also if your going to try the 330ohm resistor hack you only need one per motor and you can buy 330ohm resistors here or at any local electronics/hobby store (ex: Radio Shack). And as for your servo question any servo that can run at 6v will do and that can be bought here.

Ergh and it's all i have left on my shopping list! If i can't get the servo upgrade package from the website could i just get the servo 200 degree motor from another site and fill the 'darling' chip holes with a series of 330 ohm resistors? Sorry for all the questions! I can find chips that are called motor drivers from other sites and they all look the same i'm just incredibly new at this and am afraid i might be ordering the wrong chip :)
