Ok, there are good tracks, and the hill is about 35-40 feet from top of hill to bottom.

What's your opinion about a toboggan? I've never actually rode one (or even seen one for that matter)...but they're kind of cool looking from what I can conclude from reading Calvin and Hobbes. :)

they are AWESOME! so much fun, good times, good times. we once fit 5 grown men on a 6 foot toboggan down an insane slope. we wiped out a few times but it was great.

the plastic saucer is a formidable sled but compared to the great metal saucer with a fresh coat of wax its blown away.

ice and foam sleds are the bomb! you go so far and fast!

My experience with the solid plastic sleds that are available locally is that they disintegrate after a day or two of use. I don't think I've seen the hollow plastic sleds mentioned here. We find the foam sleds to be more durable, and plenty safe for kids.

Yeah, I 've worn holes through many plastic sleds as well. I personally like the foam disks...speed and no control (plus light/easy to carry) provides danger, but also more fun.

I personally feel foam sleds have little control but go hella fast!.
