How to Convert and Export Videos to ITunes Automatically for IPad Air

I got an iPad Air as a gift a few weeks ago.

Since then I was looking for a converter to convert none-mp4 videos to MP4 for my iPad Air. Finally I decide to keep the one I am using in the tutorial video. Because it is totally free and supports exporting converted videos to iTunes automatically. So I can simply sync my iPad Air to iTunes to get the videos into it.

It is pretty simple. But if you do not know how to do it, it may take you lot of time to figure it out. 

So I made this tutorial by myself and share it in Youtube. Hope it helps you guys as well.
