1 1/4 cups cake flour 1 3/4 cups white sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups egg whites 1 teaspoon cream of tarter 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2...
Beat egg whites until they form stiff peaks Add cream of tarter, vanilla extract, and almond extract
Sift together flour, sugar, and salt Repeat five times Gently combine the egg white mixture with the dry ingredients
Pour the mixture into an ungreased 10 inch tube pan
Once in the oven, set it to 325 degrees F Cook for about an hour or until golden brown
Invert cake, and allow it to cool in the pan. When throughly cooled remove from pan
