How to do 3D Anamorphic Artwork and Sidewalk, Street, and Driveway Art

Step 1 The GRID

The first thing I did was draw the grids as shown below.
I drew the blue grid first.
Then I added perspective to the blue grid and turned it into a black grid.
(you could trace over my grids)

In Coreldraw X3 I used the Add Perspective Effect.

k, thx! another question.. how can i change the point from where the finished picture looks 3D? where is this point in your grid?
hope you understand what i mean, my english isnt very good ;)

ah and how do i get the object in original size?

There is no point.
You just adjust your camera on the tripod tell it look good in the viewfinder.
Remember, the only way it looks 3D is on a printed copy.

But, if you wanted to change the point, then you would just adjust the black grid.
( I think)

if i want to use your .jpg with the grids, how can i seperate the blue and the black?

You probably only want to use my grids for a pattern or trace them.
(in your vector program)
Then put your blue grid on one layer and the black grid on another.
Then just hide the layer you want to hide.

Thank you for the work, I imported your grid into auto cad as a raster image. Drew some lines and then just dragged the image on the x and y. Someone who is not as lazy as I could determine the aspect ratio when inserting the raster image and it would be just one step for any object.
