Here a few I did..

NO photoshop involved!


I am sure this technique could be applied to the Sidewalk method.

You would just make sure you have a good 3D picture to start with.

Note, the 3D shadow is wrong, with the knife.
Two lights, maybe?

Well...I spent all day yesterday working on this and I think I might have it nailed down to the closest PhotoShop CS4 can get ( I have CS4 I discovered & not CS5) I'm not happy with my final photos, but I haven't used a tripod yet. I did get a semi illusion of dimension, but because of the difference of the positions, you could really tell which one was the real one. Progress!

I love Corel X3, it looks better if you leave the original image in the back. First the vectors, and then the image.! Great Instructable!!!

Hey Grease, This is very helpful. Thanks. When you apply perspective to the grid, how much is applied? Am I correct that it is a function of the distance from the object and the viewing height above the ground?
