How to Draw Homer Simpson

Introduction: How to Draw Homer Simpson

When you draw something you need something. METERIALS!!!

crayons (optional)

Step 1: Step 1

Draw a C near the center of the paper. This will form the eye.

Step 2: Step 2

Make an O going into the C. It depends on how close the end points for the C are.

Step 3: Step 3

When you make the nose under the eye keep going with the end point and down a few inches and make a wide U folowed by a slight backwards C and conect it to the nose. The picture describes this better than words.

Step 4: Step 4

Now you make the same shape but on the inside ofhis mouth. This will make the lips. Next make the teeth. They all should look like the letter U.

Step 5: Step 5

Now you need to make the tounge. Start by making a long C and curve down on the ends and make a line down the middle of the tounge. Just look at the picture.

Step 6: Step 6

When you make the head make a small C above the eye then make a dome shaped shape. Then add the hair. Start from the top and curve down.

Step 7: Step 7

Now make a line going down from the head. Stop at the nose. Make a backwards C and inside it make a regular J. I forgot to include one thing. Make a thick M above the ear.

Step 8: Step 8

Now all you have to do is make the neck. It is prety self explanatory.

I think it's nice to tell people the truth.

I can't help noticing that the majority of the criticism comes from members who have posted no Instructables at all.

However, I would have expected the final product to be much closer to the original. Perhaps a bit more practice, then replace the photos? And use "macro" mode plus flash on the camera next time to avoid the camera-shake blur.

Oi Be nice guys. Thanks for giving my brother and I a source of great amusement though.

where's the little "m" hair on the side above his ear? PS- that really does suck.

im sorry, but i am an avid simpsons fan, and that is the worst homer ive ever seen. I dont remember which episode it is, but they show/tell you how to draw homer at the end of one, and bart in another, also try to reference a pic while drawing something like this.

is this supposed to be a joke???
