How to edit PDF forms online?

I am uploading a W2 form I found at IRS.gov as an example. Like most PDF documents on the web this form is not fillable, meaning that I would normally have to print it out and fill it out by hand. But here the PDFfiller site will allow me to input text right onto the screen. At this point it is loading the PDF and converting it.
