Step 1: How to Set Your Burner at First

Set your burner on a medium to high heat until the egg is brown on both sides.

Step 2: How to Set Your Burner for the Last While

Turn your burner down to a low heat. Continue to cook your egg, all the while turning it every so often. When the egg yolk feels hard, take it out of the pan.
