You must start from the beginning of the level the convandent on anything but easy. Make your way through the level unti you get to the end. After arbiter kills truth , kill all of the flood.. To get the skulls you have to jump throught the holgraphic ring in a order and the skull will appear. From where you entered thats ring 1. Where thruth died that ring 7. If your confused the red ring is ring 4.
