First i would suggest you get into your pajamas (some may call them p.j's) and make your shoes are off.
Second i would put some liquidized lavender on your face (only a splash).
Third of all i would get some milk (in a cup) and put in the microwave then put on for 30 seconds if its still not warm then put it in for an extra 20 seconds and keep on repeating that until its warm then when it is warm drink it.
Then go to your bedroom and puff up your doona until its skwishy
then get into bed and try your best to fall asleep

p.s.s liquidized lavender is stuff you can get at the local chemist or you can get the really expensive stuff in France but you probably couldn't get that
