Introduction: How to Hack a Healthier McDonald's Meal

It's been a while since my last instructable. Anyways, I been trying to eat healthier, and I know many of you are thinking "then don't eat at McDonald's" but like most Americans McDonald's has us trapped by cheap, fatty, and salty foods. I have been to the MceDonald's website and they actually have a nice MealBuilder there that tells you all ingredients, calories, carbohydrates, and let's you custom build a healthier meal. I highly recommend it.

Step 1: Ordering

I order a McChicken Sandwich without mayo, Side salad with Low Fat Italian Dressing, and glass of water (remember water healthier the and soda)

Step 2: Taking Apart a McChicken Sandwich

open your sandwich on the provided paper. Then take lettuce off and place in Salad. get rid of bun. Next place chicken patty on the provided paper.

Step 3: Cutting Chicken Patty and Putting on Salad

- Cut patty into bite size pieces.
- Place pieces on salad.
- Add salad dressing.

Step 4: Enjoy!

Okay it's not the healthiest, but it's better than hamburger and fries.
