In about 25 minutes you will have a perfect lunch or dinner for your most loved one.

Just follow the steps...

Step 1: Getting Ready...

Ingredients that you will need:
- 3 or 4 Yearling cow steaks (around 125gr each)
- Butter
- 2 Spoons of Virgin olive oil
- Pepper mixture (Black, white and red pepper)
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- 1 Glas of table white wine
- Salt
- 1 Baguette (Bread)

For the salad:
- Fresh young leaves mix (Lettuce, spinach and rucula)
- 2 Spoons of Virgin olive oil
- 1 Bag of italian spice mix for salad (90 ml)
- 1 Lemon
- Sweet corn (150 gr)
- Some green olives
- Sunflower seeds

In the US you should find most of the food in a freshmarket.

Step 2: Preparing the Steaks...

First of all you need to clean the steaks of any fat left.

then you make some cuts in diamond shape in both sides of the Steak. ¡Careful, dont cut to deep!.

Put the pepper mix on both sides of each steak.

Then heat up a pan. Sprinkle some salt in it.

Once the pan is nicely heated, put the Steaks on it. Aproximately after 40 seconds, turn them on the other side. Do that 2 or 3 times until they're brown.

Step 3: Finishing the Steaks...

In the mean time, we will prepare the next step for the steaks.

In a deep plate put 3 or 4 teaspoons of butter.

Sprinkle some garlic powder.

Once the steaks are brown, put them in the deep plate over the butter and garlic. Put another teaspoon of butter over each steak and sprinkle again some garlic and onion powder. Pour 2 spoons of virgin olive oil over the steaks.

On the empty heated pan, pour the glas of white wine and let it boil for 15 seconds. Then pour the resulting sauce over the steaks in the deep plate.

Put the deep plate in the pre-heated oven at 150ºC.

Depending how you like the steaks:
- for rare, leave it about 5 minutes
- medium, 10 minutes
- well done, 15 minutes

Step 4: The Salad...

In the meantime, you can do the salad...

Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice in a glas, with 2 spoons of olive oil and the italian spice mix. Mix it with a fork.

Clean the salad under fresh water, put the salad in a bowl and add the sweet corn and olives.

Pour the mix over the salad. Then pour some of the sunflower seeds. Mix everything.

Now you are almost done!

Step 5: Setting All Up... and That's It!.

Cut the Baguette in diagonal slices.

Set all up with some romantic candles and background music.

Pour some wine, in my case I used Italian Lambrusco Amabile (Red sparkling wine) and...

¡Bon appetit!
