thank you very much for that. i actually find out lately that there are a lot of websites offering you to improve your vision and the more we grow older, we need it more. so again, thank for letting us know how to improve eyesight. it really means a lot :)
Nice tips!! Eyesight can be improved many ways from certain diets, to different exercises! The basis of all eyesight improvement is relaxing! There are other methods, but I like to completely relax my self every night with a breathing technique, and also use cards with simple shapes on my work desk to give my eyes a break. You can click to check out methods, tips , and more on how to improve eyesight , great post though!
i just want to recommend that maybe you need to do some exercise and avoid eating too much sugar intake and processed high fat foods.I was very amazed by the result. You may want to try this mam/sir http://bit.ly/HowGetRidOfYourGlasses. i have prove this myself and the result was awesome. Very natural and you are assured that there’s no treat to your eyes…..Thank you and hope this helps
Yes this is actually the very same source that I used for some of these. However this instructable doesn't nearly contian enough information to actually help much,... though it does have enough info so you can maintain your vision, which is what I did. recently though I stopped these excersizes and now I'm noticing my weakening vision; I'm going back to these excsersizes soon.
look around on this site, there's more instructables that give more information on what to do,... maybe someday i'll even get around to updating mine lol
i have a whooping -4.5 in both eyes and a sort of cylindrical effect in one. i am ready to be patient. just tell me if i can really improve my sight substantially.
That is the same problem that I have, and it can be easily fixed, for my eyesight has already greatly improved. I have a .PDf file all about this, a better and more lengthy explanation, and more different instructions and exercises, if you want, I can send you it!
I have heard that improving muscle tone in the eyes can help, but it's obviously going to be dependent on the nature of the problem. I certainly can't see any way that it would do any HARM. It might help to play with those "Magic Eye" type 3D images too.
Yeah, this instructable is really outdated and is missing a ton of information. To really improve your sight you'd need to eat correctly, have correct posture, always have sufficient lighting, and of course do these exercises, among many other exercises. Especially those Magic Eye things.
Hey Pixel_Master, great stuff here. My goal is to spread the word to others that have poor vision that there are ways to improve eyesight naturally. The info you provide I'm sure will be beneficial for many who actually implement the techniques. Maria http://improveeyesightnaturallyinfo.com/
around four years ago i got punched on my right eye, in a fight, hardly. for two months it was hidden behind skin. when it came out i found out my eyesight has gone very week. it is still the same, will this exercise improve my eyesight? my left eye's eyesight is very good. i am asking you this because this exercise may not improve my eyesight and might make it worse. thnx
Well, since these exercises improve the strength of the muscles that aim and focus your eyes, they should. However, it might take a while, so be patient and do them every day (or at least as often as you can). =)
well, my improvement wasn't too great, since i got lazy and stopped doing it for a few months. however, Ive started doing the exercises again, and I am now able to wear some of my older contacts! =D soon, I will update this instructable to include more relevant information, so stay tuned!
I don't know, it varies on how rigoursly and often you do it. Also, this instructable isn't tha great. There is another better one on this site somewhere, its image is kinda blueish. Anyway, combine the info from this instructable and his, and you'll be much better off. I woud just update this, but my school scheduele does not allow this. =(
http://2improveeyesight.infoGreat tips, but there is actually a more detailed program with a timeline providing an effective way to cure most of the vision problems, with testing advise done by a great oprtician in the past and documented by an american optician few years ago...:)
it really means a lot :)
