This is a great tip - for a hand truck, you may need to wrap the strap around a couple times to accommodate for the smaller tire size/amount of strap needed to tighten. Thanks so much!

Thanks. I have a dolly (hand truck) with two flat tires I have been unable to fill because they don't seal on the rim. Now I know how to do it.
