How to install photoshop style plugins for Paint.net

The plugins I will be installing were made by the Paint.net forum admin, pyrochild.  You can download the plugin .zip file here: http://www.box.net/shared/vc4zp5nka3

Step 1: The .zip file

: The .zip file
Once you have downloaded the .zip file, you should click "Open."  Then you can see the list of all the plugins.  But wait! They're all in .dll format!  Ok, don't panic.  Now you need to right click anywhere in the folder, and click "Extract All."  Now before you extract the files, make sure you have the "Show extracted files when complete" check box checked.  Once the files have extracted, you can quit the non-extracted folder, and move on to step two.
