If like me, you have no bread machine, no stand mixer, and no love for doughy hands or floury counter top, this is the best system for hand-kneading bread dough!! Use lightly oiled plastic wrap or plastic bag. Works especially well for small batch of dough.

Aside from easy cleaning, the biggest benefit of this method is that you don't add any more flour to the dough. Using too much flour during kneading is a common beginner's mistake. Dry dough = dry bread.

<p>Very clever! I've never thought of using bag or wrap but I bet it helps on clean up. The cleanup and hard kneading process has definitely been a factor into why I don't bake bread, but you way looks much simpler.</p>
